Holistic Life Coaching
Life Coaching is just a structured conversation, focussed on you as a person and giving you space to explore the things you want to achieve to try and make
them a reality.
This could be anything from polishing a personal statement on a University or job application, helping to overcome fears such as the dentist, working through blocks in life, to exploring options for life changes. It works to motivate and support people to achieve their potential through setting and achieving self-defined goals.
It assumes that we all have the ability to find ways forward, answers to our own questions and dilemmas but may need structured short term help and planning to achieve them.
I see coaching as a partnership, building on and facilitating your own strengths to find positive ways to help you with what you want to do, make changes and move forward.
